3. Product Specifications and Use

Webike Europe GmbH is the sole exclusive partner for SRC Thailand (Snowface Co., Ltd.) in Europe. SRC products are professional-grade protection systems engineered for touring and adventure motorcycles.

Customers acknowledge that these products are designed for rugged environments, including gravel, dirt, and sand. Installation should be performed according to the official technical manuals and videos provided in our Document Library.

4. Prices and Logistics

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). As we operate from our central hub in Brunn am Gebirge, Austria, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on European regional logistics.

Webike Europe GmbH maintains a rich inventory to ensure rapid fulfillment across the continent.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

European consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at info@webike.eu.com.

6. Warranty and Liability

We provide warranties as required by Austrian law. Liability is limited to the value of the product. Webike Europe GmbH is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of parts outside of their intended adventure/off-road specifications.
